Welcome to the Green Mountain Riders Website

Green Mountain Riders is a group of family-oriented off-road motorcyclists dedicated to creating, managing, and preserving responsible and safe off-highway motorcycle riding areas in Vermont.

Who we are:

The Green Mountain Riders was formed in the winter of 2010 to represent the needs and interests of single track, closed loop, off-highway motorcyclists. The primary focus of this organization is to provide and maintain quality riding areas for all ability levels including families and kids.

GMR 2012

Hi Fellow Green Mountain Riders,

Just wanted you to know, that planning for the 2012 riding season has begun. All paid members for 2011 should have received an email outlining the outcome from our initial planning session. Please RSVP to that email if you want to become active in setting the direction for our club. We are looking forward to an improved riding season for 2012.

A combined meeting of the Green Mountain Riders MC, the Conservation Cycle Club of VT, the Green Mountain Plonkers, and the VT Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Association has been scheduld to discuss:
-- A Strategic Vision for All Off-Highway Vehicles
-- The ATV State Land Pilot Project and what it means to OHM'ers
-- The State of OHM'ers in VT: What are our opportunities and constraints?

The intent of this meeting is to bring everyone up-to-date on the current news and events that affect the entire Vermont OHM...

GREEN MOUNTAIN RIDERS ARE BACK!!! GMR is up and running and ready for a new season of off-road riding! We are planning to have a number of safe riding areas available for our members. Please stay tuned for all the up-coming events and opportunities we'll have available for you. Continue to check-in on our GMR website and Facebook for constant up-dated Club information!
